Eligibility Criteria

Online Application Process (For SC Students)

Step 1: To apply for the Prize Money Scholarship for students belonging to the SC category, first visit the SC Prize Money Application Form on the Social Welfare Department website. Then, select the scheme applicable to you. For example:

  • Students who have completed Class 10 can select the SSLC option.
  • Students who have completed 2nd PUC/Diploma/Degree/PG courses should select the Post-Metric option.
  • Students who have secured a top 5 rank in any course must select the Top 5 Rank option.

Step 2: Once the scheme is selected, click on Validate Aadhaar. This will redirect you to the DBT portal. Here, enter your Aadhaar number and select OTP as your preferred authentication mode. Then click on Generate OTP. Once you receive the OTP, enter it and click Submit.

Step 3: The Prize Money Scholarship online application form for SC students will now be displayed. Fill in all the required details, such as (Father’s and mother’s names, Course register number, Caste and income certificate RD number, Phone number etc..)

Step 4: Next, upload your course original markscard photo.

  • Diploma, Degree, and PG students must upload all semester markscards in PDF format, with a file size of less than 500 KB.
  • Each semester’s markscard should be uploaded separately.

Step 4: Once all the necessary documents are uploaded, click on Register. An acknowledgment will be generated, print or download it.

Step 1: To apply for the Prize Money Scholarship for students belonging to the ST category, first visit the ST Prize Money Application Form on the Tribal Welfare Department website. Enter your SSLC details by providing information such as (SSLC board type, SSLC pass-out year, SSLC register number & Name as in the Aadhaar card). Then, click the Submit button.
