Step-by-Step Process to Check Yuva Nidhi Status 2025
Follow the steps below to check your Yuva Nidhi application and payment status:
Step 1: Visit the official Seva Sindhu Services portal by going to sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in and logging in with your registered credentials.
Step 2: After logging in, click on “View All Available Services” under the “Apply for Services” section in the dashboard menu.

Step 3: In the search bar, type “Yuva Nidhi status” and select the link titled “Yuva Nidhi Application Status Check“ from the displayed results, as shown in the image above.
Step 4: Enter your Yuva Nidhi Application Reference Number, which is mentioned in the acknowledgment slip received during application submission.
Note: You can check your Yuva Nidhi application and DBT payment status on the Seva Sindhu Services portal using your own account, even if the application was submitted through a cyber cafe or someone else’s Seva Sindhu account.

Step 5: Choose the relevant month from the dropdown list for which you wish to view the DBT status, and then click on the “Get Payment Details” button.
Now, your Yuva Nidhi application status, along with the present DBT payment status and monthly self declaration status, will be displayed on the screen.

Understanding the Yuva Nidhi Status
When you check your Yuva Nidhi status through the Seva Sindhu Services portal, you may come across different status updates. Here’s what each status means:
- Application Received or Under Process: This means your application has been received by the Department of Industrial Training and Employment and is currently being processed for approval.
- Your application is pending with DEEO for domicile verification: You need to visit your District Employment Exchange Office and get your diploma or degree mark sheet verified by the officer.
- Your application is pending with DDPI/DDPU for domicile verification: You need to visit both the DDPI and DDPU offices in your district to get your SSLC and PU mark sheets verified.
- Your application is pending with DDPI/DDPU/DEEO: You need to visit the DDPI office for SSLC mark sheet verification, the DDPU office for PU mark sheet verification, and the DEEO office for diploma or degree mark sheet verification.
- Please provide self declaration: You have not yet submitted the self declaration for the month in which you checked the status.
- Declaration Provided, will be processed for DBT: You have submitted the self declaration for the month, and you are now eligible to receive the unemployment allowance.
- DBT Pushed: Your payment has been sent to the DBT cell and will be credited to your bank account soon through the Department of Treasury.
- DBT Processed: The amount has been transferred to your bank account by the Department of Treasury.

My Yuva Nidhi application is approved, but I have not received the amount yet.
Ensure that you have submitted the monthly self declaration on the Seva Sindhu Services portal after your application approval. The DBT payment will be processed only after the submission of the self declaration. If your application was approved recently and you have already submitted the self declaration, please wait at least 30 days to receive the amount.
My Yuva Nidhi status is ‘DBT Pushed’. How many days will it take to receive the amount?
Once the payment is pushed for DBT, you will receive the amount by the end of that particular month or by the first week of the next month.
My Yuva Nidhi status in the Seva Sindhu portal is blank. What does it mean?
If your status is blank, it means that the Seva Sindhu staff still need to update the status of your application. This usually happens when your application has been recently approved. Please wait for a few days, and it will be updated.
