How to Check Gruhalakshmi Status Using the DBT App

The Karnataka DBT App is the most convenient mobile application available on the Play Store to track your Gruhalakshmi status. Follow the simple step-by-step guide below to register on the app and easily check your installments details:

Step 1: If you haven’t installed the DBT app yet, you can easily download it from Google Play Store using the button below.

Once downloaded, open the DBT app to begin the account creation process.

Step 2: Register as a New User, If you are a first-time user, you will need to register by entering your Aadhaar number. Follow these steps:

• Open the app and select the New User option.
• Enter your Aadhaar number and click Get OTP.
• The OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar.
• Enter the OTP and verify it.

Step 3: Once your Aadhaar details are verified, you need to create a 4-digit security PIN, also referred to as an M-PIN. Choose a PIN that is easy for you to remember and click Submit.

Step 4: After setting your PIN, you will be asked to provide your name, correspondence address, and permanent address. Fill in these details and click OK.

Step 5: Now that your registration on the DBT app is complete, log in by selecting the beneficiary name from the dropdown and entering the 4-digit M-PIN you created.

After logging in, follow these steps to check your Gruhalakshmi status:

• On the home screen, select the Payment Status option as shown below.

• In the list of government schemes, find and select the Gruhalakshmi option.

• The app will display all the payments made under the Gruhalakshmi scheme, including the date of the and amount credited to your bank account. You can use the “Current Year” and “Previous Year” buttons to filter transactions by year.

How to Check Aadhaar Seeding Status for Bank Account in DBT App?

Women who have registered for the Gruhalakshmi scheme must ensure that their bank accounts are mandatorily linked with their Aadhaar to receive monthly payments under the scheme through DBT. To check the Aadhaar seeding status using the DBT app, follow the steps below:

• Open the DBT app and select the “Seeding Status of Aadhaar in Bank Account” option on the home page.
• Enter your Aadhaar number and click on “Get Seeding Status”.
• The seeding details of the beneficiary, such as the bank name linked to the Aadhaar and the seeding status, will be displayed.

The seeding status should be shown as “Active”. If it is inactive, kindly visit your bank and get your account seeded.

Payment Not Credited/Listed:

While tracking the Gruhalakshmi status, if the payment for a particular month is not visible in the DBT app, please wait at least 2 to 7 days, as it may take time for the app to update, even after the amount has been credited to your bank account.

Scheme Not Listed:

If the Gruhalakshmi scheme is not listed in the DBT app, ensure that you have registered using the Aadhaar details of the scheme beneficiary. If you have used the correct Aadhaar details but the scheme is still not listed, it could mean:
